Community
At Mishkan, we are proud of the diverse and inclusive community that we foster among our members. Whether it is engaging passionately on Tikkun Olam/Social Justice topics, holding each other up through our G’milut Chasadim/Acts of Caring program, or having fun together through social events, there are many ways to get involved. Each year, we journey together for our congregational retreat for all ages! We invite you to learn more and join us.

We will begin our Tisha B'Av prayers with an experiential practice that comes from the work of Joanna Marcy. The Cairn of Mounring provides a space for us to express our grief for the losses that are occurring. This practice emphasizes the healing power of collective mourning, from which comes the power to endur hardship and act for the well-being of all. Facilitated by Lynne Iser and Rabbi Mordechai Liebling. -
